These terms govern bookings made with Sekaran Residency, Perumbakkam, Chennai, through this website, WhatsApp, or by phone.

1. Bookings

All bookings made through this website, WhatsApp, or by phone with Sekaran Residency, Perumbakkam, Chennai, are subject to these terms and to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability, and may carry a charge. Hourly-rate rooms (3hr / 6hr / 9hr) follow the duration confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Identification

A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) is required for every guest at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa, in line with applicable local regulations.

4. Payment & Corporate Billing

GST invoicing is available for corporate bookings (GSTIN 33ADAPJ2642Q2ZH). We accept UPI, major debit/credit cards, and bank transfer; corporate accounts may request billed invoicing on request.

5. Conference & Party Hall Bookings

The conference/party hall is booked separately from room stays. A confirmation deposit may be requested to hold the date, with the balance due before the event; exact terms are confirmed at the time of enquiry.

6. House Rules

Smoking and alcohol consumption are permitted only in designated areas. Visitors are welcome in guest rooms until 10:00 PM; overnight guests must be registered at the front desk. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of consideration for other guests.

7. Liability

Sekaran Residency is not liable for loss of personal belongings except where required by law. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
